Excellent service, a superbly stocked shop. Tanja is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My dog Luna and I have been to the shop several times. Our last purchase was a life jacket. With just one look at my dog, the perfect vest was found. Another one was offered as an alternative, but we chose the first one. Luna has become a real water baby with this vest! 🥰

We needed a muzzle relatively quickly for a spontaneously booked weekend training course with our dog. We called on Wednesday, received friendly advice, ordered online, and shipped the same day. The package arrived in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on Friday, and on time. The return shipment was also processed within two days! 5 stars from me – the owner is really nice! Thank you – we'd be happy to order again 🙏
